Front loaders carry the most electronics and the tightest fit of any washer. We find the fault at your door, from the control board to the door lock, pump and bearings, and fix it there wherever the part allows.
Fully automatic top loaders and semi-automatic twin tubs wear out in the same places: gearboxes, belts, lid switches and timers. Most of them are back to work after a single visit.
A failed control board does not always need a new board. We test it at our own bench, repair it at component level where that will last, and replace it only when it will not.
A loud rumble in the spin is almost always the bearings, and left alone it wears out the shaft and the tub as well. We strip the machine down, replace the bearings and seals, and check the drum and spider arm while it is open.
The gasket is the rubber ring that seals the drum. When it tears or grows mould the machine leaks onto the floor. We replace gaskets, door glass, hinges and interlocks to the original fit.
Motors, carbon brushes, drain pumps and inlet valves do the heavy work in a washing machine and wear out first. We test each one and replace only the part that has actually failed.
A badly fitted machine shakes, leaks and wears out early. We connect the inlet and drain properly, take out the transit bolts, level the machine and run a test wash before we leave.
Hard borewell water leaves scale on the heater and drum, and old detergent turns into smell and mould. A regular service clears it out and catches small faults before they turn into big bills.

The drum lies on its side behind a glass door. Gentle on clothes and light on water, with more electronics, a door lock and a rubber gasket to look after.
Fully automatic, loaded from the top, with an agitator or a pulsator at the bottom of the tub. Quick to load and quick through a cycle.
Twin tub machines with a wash tub and a spin tub side by side. Simple, tough and nearly always worth repairing.
A front loader with a dryer built in, so it adds a heater, a condenser and a fan to everything a front loader already has.
