The drum lies on its side behind a glass door. Gentle on clothes and light on water, with more electronics, a door lock and a rubber gasket to look after.

Yes. A technician visits you anywhere in Bangalore, finds the fault and fixes most problems on the spot. Board repairs that need bench work come back to our workshop in HBR Layout.
It depends on the fault and the part. The technician finds the problem first and gives you the price before any work starts, so the bill never changes halfway through.
Often, yes. Many board faults are one or two failed components, which we replace at our bench for much less than a new board. If a repair would not last, we tell you and quote a replacement instead.
Switch it off at the wall, note the code, and send us a photo or a short video on WhatsApp. The code usually points to the part at fault, so we can often tell you what is wrong before we arrive.
Usually, yes. Motors, pumps, bearings and boards can all be replaced. If the repair would cost close to a new machine, we will say so honestly before you spend anything.
